Vegetarian Diet
There is only one way to lose weight. Many people adopt vegetarianism as a philosophy of life. There are

Dinner: Fruit salad with oat crackers, or vegetable soup and bread with molasses (a kind of honey). The salad is seasoned with olive oil, lemon and herbs. The fruit should be taken before meals or 2 hours later.
Advantages:
Highly recommended for people with cardiovascular disease. Clean the body. The fat in plant foods helps in the formation of body tissues. The weight does not recover.
Disadvantages:
It is expensive if you want to enjoy a varied diet, since some organic products (sesame, soy, almond milk) have a high price. The abundance of dietary fiber that provides this may hinder the absorption of minerals.
