  • Papa
  • Polenta
  • Quinoa
  • Or buckwheat
  • The products made from soy flour or tapioca
  • Eggs
  • Fresh fruits and nuts
  • Chicken, meat and fresh fish
  • All vegetables, can also be canned or frozen without sauces
