The Soup Diet has the great advantage of helping us to lose a few kilos in a few days and further promote cleaning of the whole organism. As the name indicates the base of the soup diet is a soup made with different vegetables.
What is the soup diet?
The soup diet was designed in a U.S. hospital for people with heart disease and overweight, who needed to lose kilos before undergoing an operation.
You have to eat for 7 days only what makes the soup diet to lose 4.5 to 7 kilos, eliminating alcohol, flour products, sweets and fizzy drinks.
The soup is like a wildcard, which we take when we feel hungry, to calm the anxiety.
This diet has contraindications, can not make people with diabetes or those with chronic renal failure is therefore important to consult a specialist before undergoing it.
In preparation of the soup diet
It should be boiled in 10 liters of water: 6 large onions, 2 green peppers, 2 large cans of tomato or 6 peeled tomatoes, 1 stalk celery, 1 cabbage or cabbage and salt and pepper.
Everything is chopped and begins to simmer, when the vegetables are cooked, you pass through the mixer and stored to make hot or cold, as preferred.
Method of making the soup diet
* First day: eat only soup and fresh fruit, less bananas. Beverages should be fresh juices, coffee or water.
* Second day: fresh steamed vegetables during the day, along with the soup. At night you can take a baked potato.
* Day three: take as fruits, vegetables and soup. Do not take bananas or potatoes. During this third day, we have lost between 1.5 kg and 3 kg, depends on the constitution.
* Fourth day: we’ll just soup and skim milk, the latter as much as we want, and at least 3 bananas.
* Fifth day: here we can take beef or fish, 125 to 250 g, and 6 fresh tomatoes peeled. You have to drink lots of water and drink the soup at least once.
* Sixth day: soup at least once. Meat, 2 or 3 steaks, and all the vegetables you want.
* Seventh day: soup at least once. Brown rice, vegetables and fruit juices.
