On what basis is the Mayo Clinic Diet
The staple diet Mayo is a calorie menu where the most important are proteins. The main idea is not to take any kind of fat for the body to consume that has accumulated and thus produce weight loss.
Who can make the Mayo Clinic diet?
This diet can be done to all those who have good health when they are to implement it.
Must refrain from pregnant women, children and people with liver problems, kidney or cholesterol.
Duration
This diet should be maintained for a period of 14 days.
This time can be lost ten kilos.
If we want to repeat it is advisable to spend at least a month.
Foods allowed in the diet of the Mayo Clinic
One of the most important foods in this diet are eggs, can consume up to six a day.
Fish, meat, vegetables, nuts, certain vegetables and grain products are the components of this diet.
We can drink tea or coffee and plenty of water throughout the day.
It should be clear that to be effective should not replace foods that tell us and we cook fat-free products.

Forbidden foods

* Every day
For breakfast we will take: grapefruit juice, coffee or tea without sugar, boiled eggs or toast.
Mid-morning: A seasonal fruit.
* Monday
Lunch: two boiled eggs, a salad without oil or coffee without sugar.
Dinner: two boiled eggs, a tomato and coffee without sugar.
* Tuesday
Lunch: steak, a tomato, lettuce, celery, cucumber and coffee without sugar.
Dinner: two boiled eggs and grapefruit.
* Wednesday
Lunch: Two lamb chops, celery, cucumber and coffee without sugar.
Dinner: two boiled eggs, spinach and tomatoes.
* Thursday
Lunch: two boiled eggs, cottage cheese, boiled cauliflower and a slice of toast.
Dinner: two boiled eggs, spinach, tomatoes and coffee without sugar.
* Friday
Lunch: boiled fish v no oil, lemon and a slice of toast.
Dinner: two boiled eggs, spinach and coffee without sugar.
* Saturday
Lunch: a steak (beef steak), tomatoes and grapefruit.
Dinner: a fruit salad anyone (the amount you want).
* Sunday
Lunch: grilled chicken and shredded carrots.
Dinner: grilled chicken, tomato and a grapefruit.
Please note
The Mayo Clinic diet is low in calories, fat burning can occur very quickly and acidosis and ketosis.
On the other hand will take more protein than usual which can lead to renal overload and insufficient intake of other foods.

You make some very great points that all should follow! I will need to apply some of them! It for sure isn’t that easy as the many people make it seem. You really gotta be very consistent and one should never ever stop trying. The results will come in due time.
