The first day:
Breakfast: One cup of coffee, a slice of toast and an apple.
Lunch: Chicken Vegetable Soup (1 cup).
Dinner: Fruit salad.

The second day:
Breakfast: Cereal with milk.
Lunch: Two chicken breast fillets with tomato salad.
Dinner: Cream of Potato.

The third day:
Breakfast: One cup of coffee, a slice of toast and an apple.
Lunch: Fish fillet with green salad
Dinner: Cream of Carrot.
