In your weight loss program of physical activity plays a crucial role. She is the one that will let you burn calories and shape your figure, and of course tone your muscles.
However, if you began your work in the gym, maybe you’re noticing that something strange is happening. You work your muscles and you exercise, and in fact you look better in the mirror, but the balance continues to give you bad news.
