Reducing the Fat Content for a Healthy Diet

In addition to making us more prone to gain weight, too much fat in our diet can lead to high cholesterol, which may increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes. In general it is recommended to consume more than 30% of daily calories from fat, especialmene if you are overweight.
Unless you are prepared to adopt a vegan diet is almost impossible to avoid fat in your diet, but there are many ways to reduce fat in the diet to eating a healthy diet
• Cut the fat. Choose lean cuts of red meat, and then remove visible fat. It also removes the skin from poultry before cooking either, which is best, or else before eating. Remove them anyway.

Folds of fat in the abdomen is a problem because it makes everyone insecure. You know, the belly fat in women was mainly triggered by social stress.

So far people think of belly fat comes from the consumption of foods with high fat and cholesterol, but studies have recently mentioned that the stress on the social environment can invite the fat down into the stomach.

Most of the excess fat in the human body in the abdomen. Fat in the abdominal fat is different from the other parts. Besides lack of exercise and excess dietary fat in the abdomen arise because of social stress factors.
