Following a fad diet is not always easy. We share with you a number of tricks to help you achieve your goal with less effort.

1. At the time of purchase

- Make a list of foods you will need, and go straight for what they need without having to browse all the shelves in search of We Buy and so far it will be easier to avoid making purchases of products “that fall from the eyes .

- Never make daily shopping hungry. Doing so will tend to add to your basket more food than they actually were thinking of buying. What is more, tend to grab fast food consumption do not have to cook and they are saying “eat”. These foods are often precisely the most fattening: Cookies, chocolates, chips, snack, olives, sausages, fatty cheeses, sausages, ready meals, etc.. (more…)
