<p>- 4 zucchini, cut into strips round<br />
- 1 onion, finely chopped<br />
- 1 pot low-fat cream cheese (or ricotta)<br />
- 3 eggs<br />
- 4 tablespoons grated cheese<br />
- 2 tablespoons mustard<br />
- 1 tablespoon oil<br />
- Salt and pepper</p>
<p><strong>Preparation</strong></p>
<p>- Turn on the oven and Butter a pie pan.<br />
- Heat the pan and add oil, saute onion and zucchini over a low heat. Beat eggs in a bowl, add the grated cheese, cream cheese and mustard. Drain vegetables and add to the mix. Place the preparation in the pie pan and bake for about 40 minutes.<br />
- Wait for it to warm up to unmold.</p>
