1. EXERCISE IS ESSENTIAL FOR WEIGHT LOSS

It’s nothing new, but exercise is probably the most important factor in whether it will have long-term success in weight loss and weight maintenance.

In order to exercise helpful in losing weight, you must fight for a minimum of five sessions of 30 minutes per week.

The good news is that it has been shown that three 10 minute sessions in one day is as good as a 30-minute session.

This helps many in combating the old thoughts “no time for exercise”.

Be sure to find something you enjoy. Try going with a friend to exercise, participate in some interesting excursion or simply go to the nearest gym or one you like.

Once you start with exercises to lose weight, begin to enjoy its benefits.
