Simple Diet

This diet works on a daily exercise time and a half. Aerobic exercises should be done well for 20 minutes and weight training. The parties to work must be separated by days. That is: Wednesdays and Fridays, thigh and chest Tuesday and Thursday, arm and back, and Saturday, abdomen. Drink at least ½ liters of water a day.

BREAKFAST

* One cup of melon
* A turkey breast sandwich on whole grain bread

MORNING MEDIA

* One cup of mashed potatoes
* A cup of tuna in water
* One cup of lettuce and broccoli

FOOD

* Two cups of steamed brown rice
* One cup of cooked spinach
* 300 grams of meat, poultry or fish

DINNER

* A tomato
* A carrot
* One cup of lettuce
* A cup of gelatin
* Jímaca cup (a kind of onion)
