Natural Diet
* Take at least a tablespoon of oil per day.
* Eat plenty of vegetables and raw food in salad or fruit daily
* Eat yogurt and cheese daily, can be skimmed.
* Removes completely sugar, you can sweetened with artificial sweeteners.
* A daily drink pints of water, preferably by infusion or vegetable broth. Start your day with this diet, drinking a glass of a cleanser, diuretic and mineralizing ‘lemon juice’ cooked like this:
Boil an onion, 50 grams celery and four sprigs of parsley in a quart of water without salt for 20 minutes. Save the broth in the fridge and adding a glass half lemon juice freshly squeezed.
* The rations have to be normal, without going over.
* Add breakfast and lunch each diet, coffee or tea.
