Mediterranean Diet Prevent Folly

Mediterranean diet rich in fruits, fish, cereals and nuts not only make your body healthy but also prove to prevent stupidity.
This was evidenced by a study. In this study, involved 712 participants and conducted tests to determine brain damage brain tissue there or not.
Several previous studies mentioned that the Mediterranean diet reduces the risk of depression, cancer, heart disease and premature death.
But in this study, researchers wanted to prove that the Mediterranean diet can maintain one’s intelligence by reducing damage to brain tissue. Mediterranean diet is tested in this study is divided into three types, namely type of low, medium and high.
The study shows, the Mediterranean diet was shown to prevent the type of damage to brain cells up to 21 percent while a diet high type could reach 36 percent.
Damage to brain cells is associated with a person of intelligence. The more brain cells are damaged, the lower the ability and intelligence of a person’s brain. But by adopting the Mediterranean diet, a person can maintain his intelligence because of the damage to brain cells can be prevented.
