Thursday

Breakfast
Tea with skim milk and sweetener
2 slices of toast with light cream cheese and jam
Collation
1 flan dietary
Lunch
Salmagundi natural tuna, shredded carrots and lettuce.
1 natural fruit
Picnic
1 low fat yogurt with fruit
1 cereal bar
Dinner
Noodles with fresh tomato
1 gelatin diet

Friday

Breakfast
Tea with skim milk and sweetener
2 cookies with a comprehensive dietary sliced cheese
Collation
1 dessert diet

postheadericon Weekly Diet to Lower Abdomen

This diet to reduce belly or abdomen is a weekly diet, remember to always take 2 liters of water per day.

Monday

Breakfast
Tea with skim milk and sweetener
2 slices of bread with jam light. (If you do not drink milk with the tea add to the cream cheese toast diet).
Collation
Dietary dessert (those bought or low calorie Skim the size of a cup of tea).
Lunch
Green bean salad with shredded carrots, lettuce, tomato and cheese diet.
1 fruit
Picnic
Banana smoothie with skim milk and sweetener (1 cup or cup of tea)
1 cereal bar
Dinner
1 serving of lean beef grilled with mashed pumpkin or squash.
1 gelatin diet

Tuesday

Breakfast
Tea with skim milk and sweetener
2 slices of white bread with cream cheese diet.
Collation
