The Hypocaloric Diet of 100 Calories

as its name indicates a type of very low calorie diet which allows those kilos leftover thin.
To ensure that this diet is quite effective it is necessary to avoid eating any food outside of meals indicated, drinking only water and avoid any drinks, alcoholic or sugary and finally make some kind of aerobic exercise that can oxygenate and tone the body while burning fat part of the surplus.

Procedure:

Day 1:
For breakfast

* Coffee or tea with saccharine
