Metabolic Diet

Today we have many options when choosing a diet to lose weight or simply by being more healthy. Many diets are presented as crash diets and almost instantaneous results, however, are those of the ones we should be suspicious.
Metabolic Diet has been developed taking into account the particularity of each person’s metabolism, based on the fact that every human body is different and has unique nutritional requirements.
The metabolism of each person depends on several factors: the level of physical and mental activity of the individual eating habits over a lifetime and its metabolism are inherited genetically.
