Low Crab Diet

There are a lot of weight-loss diets. One of the most fashionable today is low-crab diet, i.e. a menu discards all that food rich in carbohydrates like pasta, bread, rice, sweets and biscuits.

The idea of reducing consumption of carbohydrates in the diet has to do with reducing the amount of calories they bring the body and thus achieve the main task, which is thin. However, we note that a low carbohydrate diet alone does not necessarily make us lose weight.

While there is evidence that lower intake of carbohydrates reduces the amount of calories in the body and help you lose weight after six months is not more effective than other diets.
